Argonaut

Important notice

What a report is

Each Argonaut report is a preliminary screening document generated automatically by an artificial-intelligence model from publicly available sources, at the request of the user, for the user's internal use. It is a starting point for analysis, not a substitute for due diligence.

Accuracy

Reports are not reviewed by any person before delivery. Although every figure is labelled as sourced, estimated or not disclosed, sources may be incomplete, outdated or wrong, and the model may misread them. Estimates are analytical reconstructions, not reported figures. Argonaut gives no warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any report.

Companies named in a report

A report is written from the point of view of the prospective acquirer the user names. It is not prepared, reviewed, approved or endorsed by that company, by the target, or by any other company it mentions, and it does not reflect their views, intentions or non-public information.

No advice

Nothing in a report constitutes investment, financial, legal, tax, accounting or regulatory advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or bid for any company or security. Regulatory sections summarise general frameworks and must be confirmed by qualified counsel.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for verifying any information before relying on it and for any decision you take. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Argonaut accepts no liability for any loss arising from the use of, or reliance on, a report.
